Sinister (2012) is a creepy, turn-the-lights-on kind of movie. Could be one you have not seen, add it to the list this month. I won't give anything away but you'll be sucked right in from the start and it has an absolute bananas ending.

this is one of the creepiest movies I've ever seen. scared the hell out of me.
