The trade of Garnett, Pierce, and Terry can not be official until July 10th, but let's take a look at what the team will look like (barring any other trades, like you know, one for Rajon Rondo.)

I still think this team is a playoff team. Heat, Knicks, Pacers, Bulls, Nets and (maybe) the Cavs are better but there arent two more teams in the East that are better. I see them as a 7 or 8 seed
The question will be, does Rondo "take his time to recover" or do they trade him.
They could also buyout Wallace. But I agree, East is bad, it's gonna be tough to tank all the way.
Whats the deal with buying out Wallace?
Apparently you can buy him out, spead out the remaining money over more years, saving 6 million in the process and less of a cap hit for the next 3 years.
